  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Domestic Shipping

Maxxitreats currently ships within the United States. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Dog Treat Orders

Because our dog treats are made with care and freshness in mind, we encourage customers to ensure someone is available to receive packages promptly, especially during periods of extreme heat or cold.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Maxxitreats is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Local Pickup and Events

Local pickup may be available for select orders. Customers may also choose to purchase products in person at events and markets where Maxxitreats participates. Details will be provided when applicable.
